The Tejeda Center Prioritizes the Needs of Small, Remote Mexican Communities in the State of Coahuila. The towns of Morelos and Guerrero, in the state of Coahuila, were among eleven geographically remote Mexican communities visited by Tejeda Center project managers in the Summer of 2002. The Tejeda Center decided to make site visits to these communities because other agencies often lack the resources and programs to address the needs of small, geographically remote communities.
