The NCED Mental Health Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality and cost effective mental health and substance abuse treatment in a secure and confidential setting, without regard to the beneficiaries’ ability to pay. It is further dedicated to supporting the overall improvement of the mental health and substance abuse system through community education and coordination of services offered in the service area.
